Article 2 – Effective Date
The effective date of the Plan was January 1, 1960. The effective date of this restated and amended Plan is November 1, 2009. The eligibility for and amount of benefits of Employees who terminated or retired prior to November 1, 2009 shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the Plan in effect as of the date of the Employee's termination or retirement, unless specifically provided otherwise herein.
