Article 14 – Scope of the Plan

14.1 Extension of Plan

The Trustees may extend the benefits of this Retirement Plan to Employees of other Employer groups and other union locals.

14.2 Reciprocity Agreements

The Trustees shall have the right to enter into reciprocal agreements with other pension plans.
