    Vision benefits are administered by VSP Vision Care. Contact VSP Member Service for assistance with eligibility, benefits and claims.

    You are not required to use a VSP provider to receive benefits under the plan. However, your out-of-pocket costs will be lower if you do. VSP Vision Care offers access to a nationwide network of independent optometrists and ophthalmologists.
