Forfeitures
If there are no deposits or withdrawals from your Qualstar account for 36 consecutive months and Qualstar cannot locate you, Qualstar will return your account balance to the Trust Office. If, after an additional 24 months, the Trust Office cannot locate you, your account balance will be forfeited to the Trust.
If you do not enroll with the Trust Office, contributions will be forfeited after 60 consecutive months.
