Introduction
The Board of Trustees has been researching ways to keep retiree health coverage available to early retirees and to those of you covered by Medicare. Two important factors have guided this research: (1) How best to keep retiree coverage available for current and future retirees; and (2) How best to bring the monthly contribution rates back in line with the actual cost of providing retiree coverage.
