401(a) Supplemental Contribution Open Enrollment
Each year during the month of April, you may submit an application to change your employment classification under the collective bargaining agreement, thereby increasing or decreasing the 401(a) supplemental contribution made to the Carpenters of Western Washington Individual Account Pension Plan on your behalf. If you qualify and would like to change your employment classification, you must complete an application and submit it to the Trust Office in Seattle. Your completed and signed application must be post-marked by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or date-stamped by the Trust Office by April 30, 2010 or it will be denied. Please do not submit your application to your employer or local union. Please contact Participant Services at the Trust Office if you have questions about this process.
