Time Loss Benefits (Participant Only)

Summary

If you qualify for a time loss benefit, you receive a benefit equal to 33 percent of journeyman pay based on 40 hours at the prevailing journeyman rate specified in the Area Master Agreement signed by your most recent contributing employer. This benefit is paid for a maximum of 26 weeks.

If your current dollar bank deduction is $675, your time loss rate remains at $100 per week.
