Direct Billing

Preferred providers have contractually agreed to bill and receive payment directly from the Trust Office. To ensure that the appropriate discounts are applied, please do not pay your preferred provider until the plan has processed your claim. Your preferred provider may, however, collect any applicable deductible, copayment, coinsurance, or noncovered charge.
