Enrollment
Once you begin participating in the Vacation Plan, you
must enroll with Qualstar Credit Union (please see Qualstar Credit
Union). To enroll with Qualstar, you must complete a
Membership Card in its
entirety and return it to Qualstar. Qualstar will automatically deduct $5.00
from your first deposit. This $5.00 is used to purchase your membership shares
in Qualstar and will be returned to you when your account is closed. Once
you are enrolled with Qualstar, Qualstar will send you a new member packet which
includes information about your new account as well as information about other
products and services from Qualstar. A new
Check Card is also included
for easy access to your account at automatic teller machines
(ATM). If you choose not to enroll with Qualstar, the Trust Office
will electronically transfer your contributions to Qualstar. At your request (by
telephone or in writing), Qualstar will promptly return your contributions to
you. No dividends are paid on these temporary deposits.
