Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO)

If you were divorced at any time during your career as a carpenter and your divorce decree or property settlement agreement calls for a division of benefits under the Carpenters Retirement Plan, the plan will require a qualified domestic relations order (QDRO). A QDRO allows for the accurate division of these benefits under this plan. Please contact the Retirement Department at the Trust Office for assistance with this process. A copy of the QDRO procedures are available, without charge, from the Trust Office.
