Tobacco Cessation Program – 100%

Benefits are provided for services and supplies to assist with tobacco cessation when the retiree, spouse or dependent child age 18 and older participates in the plan-sponsored tobacco cessation program, Free and Clear.

Free and Clear is a telephone-based treatment program that combines professional counseling with quitting aids such as nicotine gum, nicotine patches and Zyban. This program is available at no cost to the individual as long as the individual is actively participating in the Free and Clear program. Please contact the Trust Office for additional information.

Benefits are not provided for services and supplies related to tobacco cessation, except in conjunction with the plan-sponsored tobacco cessation program.
