Timely Filing Requirement

All claims should be submitted to the Trust Office as soon as possible. However, the completed claim and all information necessary to process or reprocess the claim must be received by the Trust Office within 12 months from the date of service or the claim will be denied. It is the patient's responsibility to submit the information that is necessary to process a claim.
