Termination
Of Coverage
Life insurance
benefits under this plan continue until the earliest of:
- Termination
of eligibility including the retiree’s death.
- Termination
of this life insurance policy.
- Termination
of the Carpenters Health and Security Plan – For Employed Carpenters or
the Carpenters Health and Security Plan – For Retired
Carpenters.
The
retiree’s spouse or dependent children’s coverage ends when the
retiree’s eligibility ends or when the dependent no longer meets the
eligibility requirements of this
plan. The Board of
Trustees may, from time to time, elect to change life insurance companies or to
self insure certain life insurance benefits.
