This Section Is For Individuals Without Medicare
The preferred provider network is used by a number of different health care plans and therefore the list of preferred providers contains some providers and provider types not covered by this plan. The network also has some providers that are covered by this plan but only under certain circumstances. Please see pages 122-123 for a list of covered providers.
