Medco Medicare Prescription Plan

This Benefit Is For Individuals With Medicare
When you or a dependent become eligible for Medicare, you will automatically be enrolled in the Medco Medicare Prescription Plan. This plan has a retail pharmacy program and a mail-order program that are essentially the same as the programs available prior to Medicare eligibility. You will receive a package of information from Medco, including a Medco Medicare Prescription Plan identification card which should be presented to your pharmacist when you purchase a prescription or refill. The information package also contains a Summary of Benefits which describes the new plan, including copayments, key plan features, and contact information. A new information package will automatically be mailed to you each year. Remember, enrollment in the Medco Medicare Prescription Plan is automatic when you become eligible for Medicare.
