Erectile Dysfunction – 90%

Benefits are provided for the treatment of organic erectile dysfunction when the individual has a history of one of the following and treatment is preauthorized with the Trust Office:

• Prostate cancer.
• Spinal cord disease or injury.
• Insulin-dependent diabetes.
• Severe Peyronie’s disease.

Covered treatment includes vacuum erection devices, injection therapy, penile prostheses, urethral pellets, and prescription medications. The plan does not cover treatment for non-organic impotence such as psychosexual dysfunction (please see pages 130- 131).
