This Section Is For Individuals Without Medicare
Preferred providers have contractually agreed to bill and receive payment directly from the Trust Office. To ensure that the appropriate discounts are applied, please do not pay a preferred provider until the plan has processed your claim. Your preferred provider may, however, collect any applicable deductible, copayment, coinsurance, or noncovered charge.

If you do not have access to the internet and need help finding a preferred provider or want to confirm that your provider is still in the network, please contact a Customer Service Representative at the Trust Office.
