Benefits Not Guaranteed

None of the benefits provided by this plan are insured by any contract of insurance, except life insurance benefits which are insured with an insurance company authorized to do business in the State of Washington, and there is no liability on the Board of Trustees or any other individual or entity to provide payments over and beyond the amount in the Trust Fund collected and available for such purpose. No participant or dependent shall have any accrued or vested rights to benefits under this plan.
