retirement effective date is the first of any month following your satisfaction
of these requirements.
Key Point
Under no circumstances can you postpone distribution
from this plan past April 1 of the calendar year immediately following the later
of: (1) the calendar year in which you attain age 70H; or (2) the calendar year
