Reinstatement of Benefits

Your time loss benefits are reinstated only when you return to full-time employment (or are certified by the attending physician as capable of full-time employment) for at least 30 consecutive days. However, if you return to full-time employment for at least one full day and a subsequent disability is entirely different and unrelated to the prior disability, you are eligible for a new period of disability.
