Exclusions
– Time Loss Benefits
Benefits
are
not
provided for:
- Any
period in which you are
not
under the continuous care of the attending physician.
- Any
day on which you are performing work of any kind for wage or profit.
- Any
participant who has been granted a Social Security disability award or who is
eligible for a wage continuation program such as, but not limited to, sick leave
benefits.
- Any
participant who receives a pension benefit from any retirement
plan.
- Any
disability excluded under General Limitations and Exclusions or
any other provision of this plan.
